Kullanım Şartları

Bu şartlar, MCALAB (Muhammet Çağrı Aydın) tarafından geliştirilen uygulama ve oyunların ("Uygulama") kullanımını düzenler. Uygulamayı kullanarak bu şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.

1. Lisans

Uygulamayı kişisel, ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verilir. Uygulamayı kaynak koda dönüştüremez, kopyalayıp dağıtamaz veya kötüye kullanamazsınız.

2. Adil kullanım

Skor tablosunu hile, otomasyon veya sahte kayıtlarla manipüle etmemeyi kabul edersiniz. Kötüye kullanım tespit edilen cihaz/kayıtlar kısıtlanabilir veya kaldırılabilir.

3. Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraflar

Uygulama reklam gösterebilir (Google AdMob). Reklam ve gizlilik uygulamaları için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakınız.

4. Garanti reddi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair garanti verilmez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu değiliz.

5. Değişiklikler

Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu adreste yayınlanır.

These terms govern your use of the apps and games ("App") developed by MCALAB (Muhammet Çağrı Aydın). By using the App you accept these terms.

1. License

You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, copy, redistribute or misuse the App.

2. Fair use

You agree not to manipulate the leaderboard through cheating, automation or fake records. Devices/records found abusing the service may be restricted or removed.

3. Ads and third parties

The App may show ads (Google AdMob). For ad and privacy practices, see the Privacy Policy.

4. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

5. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published at this URL.
