Windows'ta bir klasörde sağ tıklayıp "Yeni ▸ Word Belgesi" diyebilirsin.
macOS'ta bu yok: yeni bir belge için önce uygulamayı açman, sonra "Kaydet"le doğru klasörü
bulman gerekiyor. MCANewFile, Finder'ın sağ tık menüsüne Yeni Belge ▸ alt menüsünü
ekliyor — boş alana sağ tıklamada da çıkıyor.
Ne yapar
Boş alana sağ tıkta da çalışır. Klasörün içinde herhangi bir yere sağ tıkla;
belge o klasörde oluşur ve Finder'da seçili gelir.
Menüyü sen belirlersin. Metin, Markdown, Word, Excel ve PowerPoint kurulu gelir.
İstemediğini sil, istediğini ekle — aşağıya bak.
Uygulamayı açmadan. Belge diskte anında oluşuyor; Word ya da Excel'in açılmasını
beklemiyorsun.
1 MB'ın biraz üstünde. Arka planda çalışan bir servis yok, menü açılana kadar
hiçbir şey yapmıyor.
Kendi şablonların
Herkesin aynı belgelere ihtiyacı olmuyor. Bu yüzden menü koda gömülü değil: tek bir
klasörden üretiliyor. Uygulamadaki Şablon Klasörünü Aç düğmesi seni oraya götürür.
Klasördeki her dosya menüde bir satır. Antetli bir Word şablonu, formülleri hazır bir Excel
dosyası, boş bir Pages belgesi, bir .psd — ne atarsan menüde görünür:
Dosya adı oluşacak belgenin adıdır. Rapor Şablonu.docx attıysan menüde
"Rapor Şablonu" yazar, tıklayınca Rapor Şablonu.docx oluşur.
Baştaki sayı (30 ) yalnızca sırayı belirler; menüde görünmez.
Aynı türden birden fazla şablon koyabilirsin — üç ayrı Word şablonu, üç ayrı satır.
İstemediğin türü klasörden silmen yeter; menüden kalkar.
Pages, Numbers ve Keynote belgeleri kutudan çıkmıyor (bu dosyalar sıfırdan üretilemiyor),
ama bir kez boş bir belge kaydedip klasöre atarsan onlar da menüye girer.
Gerekenler
Mac: macOS 13 (Ventura) veya üzeri. Apple Silicon ve Intel Mac'lerde çalışır.
Finder uzantısının etkinleştirilmesi — kurulumda tek tık, aşağıya bak.
Kurulum
1. DMG'yi indir, çift tıkla ve MCANewFile'ı Applications klasörüne sürükle.
2. Uygulamayı aç. İnternetten indirilen her uygulamada olduğu gibi macOS bir kez
onay ister; geliştirici olarak Muhammet Cagri AYDIN görünür.
3. Açılan pencerede Uzantı Ayarlarını Aç'a bas ve listedeki
MCANewFile'ı işaretle. macOS, Finder uzantılarını güvenlik gereği kapalı başlatır;
bu adım bir kere yapılıyor.
4. Bir Finder penceresinde boş alana sağ tıkla — Yeni Belge ▸ orada.
Gizlilik
MCANewFile internete hiç çıkmaz. Sunucusu yok, hesap istemez, hiçbir veri toplamaz;
yaptığı tek şey senin klasörüne bir dosya kopyalamaktır.
Uygulama Apple tarafından notarize edilmiştir: Apple ikiliyi zararlı yazılıma karşı
taradı ve imzasını doğruladı. İndirdiğin dosyanın bizden çıktığı gibi durduğunu macOS her
açılışta kontrol eder.
On Windows you can right-click inside a folder and pick "New ▸ Word Document".
macOS has no such thing: you open the app first, then hunt for the right folder in a Save
dialog. MCANewFile adds a New Document ▸ submenu to Finder's context menu — including
when you right-click empty space.
What it does
Works on empty space too. Right-click anywhere inside a folder; the document is
created right there and comes up selected in Finder.
You decide the menu. Text, Markdown, Word, Excel and PowerPoint come installed.
Remove what you don't want, add what you do — see below.
No app launch. The file appears on disk instantly; you don't wait for Word or
Excel to open.
Just over 1 MB. Nothing runs in the background — it does nothing at all until the
menu opens.
Your own templates
Not everyone needs the same documents, so the menu isn't baked into the code: it's built
from a single folder. The Open Templates Folder button in the app takes you there.
Every file in that folder becomes one menu entry. A Word file with your letterhead, a
spreadsheet with the formulas already in it, an empty Pages document, a .psd —
whatever you drop in shows up:
The file name is the name of the document you'll get. Drop in
Report.docx and the menu reads "Report"; clicking it creates
Report.docx.
A leading number (30 ) only sets the order; it never shows up.
Several of the same kind is fine — three Word templates, three menu entries.
To drop a type from the menu, just delete its file.
Pages, Numbers and Keynote documents don't ship with the app (those files can't be generated
from scratch), but save one empty document yourself and drop it in the folder and they join
the menu too.
What you need
Mac: macOS 13 (Ventura) or later. Runs on both Apple Silicon and Intel.
The Finder extension has to be switched on — one click during setup, see below.
Installing
1. Download the DMG, double-click it and drag MCANewFile into your
Applications folder.
2. Open the app. As with anything downloaded from the internet, macOS asks once for
confirmation; it will show Muhammet Cagri AYDIN as the developer.
3. In the window that opens, click Open Extension Settings and tick
MCANewFile in the list. macOS ships Finder extensions switched off for security;
this step is done once.
4. Right-click empty space in any Finder window — New Document ▸ is there.
Privacy
MCANewFile never goes online. There's no server, no account and no data collection; all it
does is copy a file into your folder.
The app is notarized by Apple: Apple scanned the binary for malware and verified its
signature. macOS checks on every launch that the file you downloaded is exactly what we
shipped.
